Communication with the public mobile application was developed in order to fundamentally improve the system of working with appeals, to communicate directly with the population, and to ensure the identification and resolution of population problems. Also, introducing a completely new system based on open dialogue with the people to improve the quality of consideration of residents' appeals in our country, to quickly solve systemic problems in the regions.
At the same time, one of the main tasks of the mobile application is to solve the issues raised by the state bodies in the appeals of individuals and legal entities, and to ensure the implementation of legislative documents on the elimination of local population problems.
